Absolutely appalling customer service. Zero stars if I could.
I just had the most hostile and unprofessional phone call with a representative from this agency—calling me about a mistake THEIR former rep (GRACE) made when writing my policy, and somehow treating it like it was my fault. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed me, accused me, and then threatened to cancel my policy over something I had no control over.
To top it off, the woman on the phone admitted she didn’t even have the authority to cancel the policy—yet still spoke to me with a condescending tone and aggressive attitude like she did. When I defended myself, she had the audacity to claim I had the attitude.
This is beyond unprofessional—it’s disrespectful and unacceptable. This office clearly lacks integrity, accountability, and basic communication skills. If this is how they treat their own customers over their own internal error, imagine the nightmare if you ever had to file a claim.
Avoid Aixa Hernandez – State Farm at all costs. Homestead has better. Literally anyone else would be better.
